It is understood that the Seller assumes no responsibility after the puppy leaves the premises for any change of mind of the Buyers behalf such as a landlords disapproval, allergies, disagreement with family, trouble with housebreaking, etc. In these and similar cases, the Buyer must return the puppy to the Seller without compensation. The puppy must be paid for in full at the time of pick up or at 7 weeks of age if transportation via flight nanny is needed. The puppy must be paid for in full at the time of pick up if picked up in person. NW Frenchies does not finance the purchase of any puppy. If the Buyer is co-owning the puppy, the Buyer must notify the Seller, so that all parties sign the contract. The Seller must approve all future owners of this puppy otherwise the contract is void in full. The Buyer understands that the deposit placed to hold the puppy is non-refundable. The deposit may not be switched to an unsold puppy in the same or other litter unless prior agreed upon with the Seller. It is understood that this contract only applies to the original Buyer, and is non- transferable. It is further understood that there are no warranties, either expressed or implied to the Buyer except as set forth in this agreement. Tuxedo Poodles These types of poodles usually have special markings in some parts of their body which resembles a tuxedo. If you are breeding these species of dogs, the markings are usually seen to be a white colored belly. The dark colors can be dark blue and white or red and white. Parti-colored Poodles These type of poodles have been known to history to be the original color of poodles. These poodles have a larger area of their body to be covered with a white base coat and the remaining patches of random solid color, and is black, which surrounds their body. Some spots of black color may even appear on their paws and legs. When breeding, it is important to remember that to get a parti-colored poodle; two parti-colored dogs should be paired and mated to get the expected results.
