Ingredients 5 — 6 large sweet potatoes, cubed 4 — 6 carrots, sliced 1 — 2 small heads of broccoli, cut from the stalk and into pieces 1 cup of frozen peas 1 can of chickpeas large boneless chicken breasts or 4.
